This is how I think it works. That being said, I don't think it will be fully implemented because Sasuke's rinnegan will allow him to dispel it. There have been questions as to why Sasuke's eye has been closed. Did he already do something to negate tsukiyomi? Anyway, I don't think we will see "Road to Ninja 2" being played out in the manga. At least I hope not. I'm looking forward to seeing the war end and moving on to what happens after that, especially the fight to be Hokage.
Sakura looked completely bad@ss in the panel where she uses her seal. Given time I think she will surpass Tsunade. I guess I can forgive her for still having feelings for Sasuke especially since Naruto is even a bigger Sasuke fan boy and I'm not bothered :) I did think she was out of chakra though I'm probably misunderstanding how her seal works.

You'd think Kakashi would've gotten Obito's other eye but after Naruto replaced Kakashi's lost sharingan I don't see that happening. I think Obito is gone, and I'm not that sad about it haha

I never actually watched RtN, but I didn't like the sound of it. (Though I liked that Sakura finally has parents.)

Haha, I'm the same. Obito grew on me like a fungus. I don't know about him giving Kakashi his sharingan (unless Kakashi loses his other eye this time...) but I think you may be right about him doing one last thing against Madara. But on the other hand he's been about to die so many times already I feel like Kishi would be beating a dead horse.
What is up with spiral Zetsu? I want to know is Yamato really in there or not?
How many years has it been since Yamato was shoved into that statue now? I was wondering about Spiral Zetsu too, actually. He must have been there for a reason.
Kishimoto's handling of female characters is a continous souce of frustration and eye-rolling for me. Whether he "means to be" or not, Kishimoto is sexist and it carries over into his manga. "I'm not good at writing females" (quote from him) is not an excuse. Girls and women are people, not an incomprehensible alien species. I've also seen people suggest that him being Japanese means we can't criticise him for being sexist as it's "part of their culture". Granted Japanese culture isn't the same as some Western countries when it comes to women's rights, but there are other (male!) mangaka who manage to write decent female characters. I've heard good things about the ladies in Attack on Titan, for instance. And then of course there's Hayao Miyazaki, who portrays excellent young heroines.
I am quite certain that Obito is dead now. He was kept alive long enough to tell his story and to learn the missing parts, and Madara has his eye now.
I feel like he should be dead now, given how many flashbacks and almost death scenes he's had
