Fish Oil...

Fish Oil is AMAZING for skin, but here is a tip if you ever take it! OBEY what the instructions on the bottle say, it "recommends" you take it AFTER food. I'm telling you, ALWAYS take it AFTER.. NOT BEFORE food. I just got SOOOoooooo sick to my stomach thinking.. "Oh, I'll just have something to eat in a few minutes.. I'm good...". WRONG. It REALLY ( Read more... )

I had heard that this is an awesome supplement to take. Are you taking it just for skin or other digestive needs. I also heard it is good for blood pressure. Can you recommend any other natural supplements. I am addicted to drinking Kombucha at this point. There is also a store called Right By Nature in the strip that is amazing if you haven't checked it out already.

Kombucha aye? As far as other supplements go, Fish Oil is all I'm really taking seriously as well as my multi-vitamin right now. Just getting myself acclimated to taking a suppliment 3 times a day at the moment is some what trying, but Yes, I can concur with others about Fish Oil. So far it's been a dramatic help, as far as the digestive stuff goes I'm not sure it's REALLY helping so far or not.. we'll see. And no I've not made it to Right By Nature yet, amazing aye? I'll have to make it out. I'll definitely let you know about any others I pick up, definitely if you haven't taken a "total body cleanse" supplement I highly recommend it, that really helps overall digestion and your day to day feeling of wellness. At least once year is good, it's like a 2 week supplement process.
