Not many of you know this, but I take care of an elderly woman from germany named Christl from time time. Over the last 4 years we've developed quite a strong friendship, and I would consider her one of my best friends. I just received word that she passed away last night. Fish Oil is AMAZING for skin, but here is a tip if you ever take it! OBEY what the instructions on the bottle say, it "recommends" you take it AFTER food. I'm telling you, ALWAYS take it AFTER..
