Saturday, I went to Toledo and saw the band Static-X perform.  It was a pretty good show, and they sounded really good live.  I was really pleased that the band performed mainly older songs.  Pit was pretty wild, mostly older 200+ lb metalheads slamming around.  This was the first time in years where I was actually knocked down in a mosh pit ( ( Read more... )

Yesterday I went and saw Combichrist perform in Toledo, OH.

The concert was at this place called Headliners, which was a nice venue, but because of Toledo's screwy roads was somewhat hard for me to locate.  Luckily, I was able to stop by a nearby porno shop and ask for directions, which took me right to the place.
