Aside from the ever-constant need for $ which comes along with my chosen career, life is good. New work, new friends, new city, new boyfriend (well, wadda you know?!) , and new sights! Back from x-mas break. Mixed experience, as it seems all christmas's are as one grows older. I got a sweet blanket, and 2 coffe-makers. And I didn't give anyone anything. I fell like a prick. So I am now living in Newcastle, Maine. Its really beautiful up here, although rather remote. Nowhere near as secluded as Alfred though. We live right next to an organic farm in a valley, so come winter, the view is going to be great. I just got the news yesterday that I've been offered a place at the Watershed Center for Ceramic Art as an artist-in-residence for the whole of next year!! This is a big deal, as this is one of THE three or so post prominent ceramics organizations in the country. And I'm not an intern, I'm an artist-in-residence!!
