Started watching the new season of Doctor Who and I'd say its a tragedy to let go all those feelings.  Curse the emotions they put into the previous doctor cause it just boggles up the enjoyment at first.  I admit, the new doctor has his new finesse about him that is making his own stage entertaining.

Next week is finals...surprised?  No?  Yeah...neither am I since we are doing two high intense courses in one semester but at different times.  Its like a quarter system and thus advanced med-surg is coming to an end starting next week with our final and ATI final.  A little nervous but also going to be good to myself and not over stress the mind ( Read more... )

ICU was where I was today and it was intense to say the least.  It became so busy for the nurses that were there that I pretty much took over a complete critical care client by myself.  I went from giving the meds to doing assessment to writing the doctors orders out for dictation and to rewrite all the meds that had been re-prescribed.  Even so, I ( Read more... )
