So are you stopping by next Saturday? Dan said he's coming, and Taylor'll be there too. And of course bring your boi. Though I only promise to feed you, he will be segregated off to the S.O. corner. Ok, maybe not.
Awwww... no worries. I told Sarah she should have brought you over to say hi and she agreed, but just didn't think of it. I was the one wearing black. ;)
Also, I know plenty of people who don't go to the club "with" people. You never know who you're going to see out. There's no shame in that!
I hate having to shower at 2 am before crawling into bed after a night out. I only had one glass of wine last night and I feel like I have a smoke hangover. Yuck. It's because Sarah and Rebecca were there. Chainsmokers...

It's because Sarah and Rebecca were there. Rebecca? As in Baxtrom? Wow. Now that is truly a blast from the past. It's funny to say it, but that time in my life still holds a special place in my heart, and I'm not talking about me and her, well that's included, but I'm talking about all the people from that time period, that time in my life had a major impact on who I am today... or so it seems to me.
Speaking of the past, I was talking to Eppy and he says that we met you at trivia one year, that Ian brought you for the short time he showed up. Was that you?
where was trivia? I'm not sure I remember that but maybe I just need some reminding. I think I may have bumped into you on state street while I was visiting Josh, and there could have been another time...I don't know. I sort of thought I had met one or both of you at Friar Tucks with Janelle or Adrianna Curlee. ?
Trivia was in Kaukauna. In a basement. :) That event is usually a blur for me due to the lack of sleeping involved.
Don't think we bumped on State St. I never visited Ian in Madison because I'm a good friend. In fact, it was rare that I visited Madison for any purpose. I think previous to moving here I had only been to visit Eppy, to see Bowling for Columbine and Spirited Away in a single night, and to see Dar Williams (who I hope to see again this October at the Barrymore).
Yes, I recall being at Friar Tucks with Adrianna there, though I recall nothing else. Now I feel like this is deja vu, like maybe this same conversation happened on Friendster. :)

Well, if I gave you the cold shoulder at Mongo's, it was probably because I was really pregnant and had just had a snarkfest with my husband and probably was unable to shift moods....nothing personal.
Anyway, yes, that was Rebecca Baxtrom. And I totally agree about the time in my life, too. It definitely shaped me and I really miss having such a large social circle with so many interesting people in it.
Trivia. Wow. John Brogan. And Josh. I still wonder what he's up to and how burning bridges can be a hobby.
