Best advice is to be prepared for anything and plan for nothing. Until you have written in stone it can be changed and even then they sometimes change it, lol. So just roll with it. Thats the best advice I can give, and good luck.

I found it exciting. I didn't care where we were going as long as we were moving! I was actually a little sad we stayed in the same state, at least we moved 8 hours away, but I'm ready for a new state, of course, the moving to random places was one of the pros for us when we decided he'd join ( ... )

I'm with Mikachubelle, plan for nothing (I've moved into the bad habit of hope for nothing too then if something happens it's amazing)

I know when my husband finished a-school they were allowed to pick 3 places they wanted to be stationed and they did their best from there, so we knew a little bit.

my husband's in OS school right now. when it gets closer to your husband getting out of school that's when the fun begins. mine has about a month left, and we're having trouble getting everything organized, because i dont live in a military state (Indiana), so we have no military clause in our lease. and we finally found out where we're going, so we gotta make plans to move. ugh.....all i can say is prepare, but dont prepare at the same time. mind if i add you????
