So I'm doing it again. 30 days with no dairy, no grains, no légumes, no added sugar of any kind... Nothing processed (aside from bacon. And sausage. Nom!)
Day One wasn't bad. Eggs, Turkey, sweet potato, chicken stuffed with asparagus and spinach. Pretty tasty.
