I got my garden thing going on. Got some basic herbs. Got 2 strawberry plants. Got tomatoes, bell peppers, and jalapenos plants doing their thing. Also started with the seed planters for Onions, Carrots, and Peas. Will do the sunflowers, pumpkins, and green beans next month. yay for your garden.. i wanna see pics of it haha... yeah... i probably would have said something about that dog too... its one thing to have a pitt (which in many cases are amazing family dogs) and quite another to have a pitt and treat it the way they were.. and yeah... i wanna slap the dane owners

I want to throttle her, I really do. I feel so bad for that puppy and I know how much she'll cry over it if something goes wrong. And they won't be able to afford antibiotics or other medicine. I'm pretty sure they have not taken that puppy to the vet since they got it. Parvo is so so so sucky, and so contagious or kennel cough. It makes me so mad...its like people who have babies to get freaking attention and then realize how big of a responsibility it actually is and cry about it!

I'm super jealous. I can't wait to start gardening again and wish we had a yard so I could do it NOW.
Also, I don't blame you for narking on your neighbors. Pitbulls are a very misunderstood breed, and mostly because people are STUPID. I've worked in many shelters where they are automatically euthanized, and in others where they are the hardest to find new homes for. The worst part? There are some VERY, VERY wonderful pitties out there.
Hopefully the puppy will get lucky and find a new home where he/she will get all the love, care, attention, socialization, and exercise it needs.

Well...they've already had security called on them by someone else for their crazy ass loud weekend parties, and that wasn't even us who did that! We've just been annoyed cause their party goers have parked in front of our driveway, blocking us in. They've been having a base security cop watching them in his car around the corner every Saturday night for the past 2 weeks.

my uncle Jeff is a vet and his wife Maggie and him raised pitbulls and boxers - both very misunderstood animals. They are great family dogs - but very protective.

I wish dad would let me have a garden. We use to have one in MD. But the ground where I am at... moss grows... so I'm not sure that's good for veggies. lol.

I wanna know the secret!
