the gym sucks.

last week i got a muscle tear in my right triceps, and couldnt bend my arms for 3 days.

today my biceps are cramped up and i cant straighten them.

muscles are retarded.

i can't believe i got duped into thinking Bush would actually take the high road and nominate a moderate.

i mean, is it really that hard to think... well, it's better that we have someone up there without political biases, maybe someone who's by the book and who won't further alienate half the country?

this country is doomed.
