the FDA has approved far riskier concoctions than a high dose of birth control into twin tablets, which is all EC is. ie: viagra and all those hyperactivity/attention deficit disorder medications, not to mention some way questionable sleepding aids.
ps. the "morning after pill" is pretty outdated. CAVEMAN.
