Today sucks and its not even 2p. I was leaving for class this morning and hit a car in my parking lot like a dumb ass. I saw it behind me, too, but my mind was wandering as usual. i understand when a car quits on u. my old ford focus (i now have a honda civic ex) quit on me at work late at night. I was about to go home . It was winter and cold outside.
The ignition switch gave out so I couldnt even turn the car on because the steering wheel was locked up. it cost 300 dollars to get it fixed. ugh
Yeah get another car. Thats what I did. Sure the car was already paid off but I rather have something reliable.
The ford focus had recalls on the steering wheel locking up and I sure as hell wasnt going to have to pay for a damn another ignition switch in a month or year or who knows. It was a good car and that was the only problem I had with it but that was a known problem and I would never know when it would lock up. Shit it could have locked up again when I was out on a trip or something.
I hate these gas prices. this is ridiculous
what kind of car do u have?

i'm hoping to get a toyota yaris sedan. it's great on gas (about 36MPG) and its the only new car i can probably afford. plus it has an ugly/cute thing happening, which i like.

you're car's 10 years old. time to move on. i shouldn't be talking, mine's 9, but jap cars last (i did have to replace my starter though lol last year).
