My grandpa taught me how to make sausage and peppers, but I don't remember it very well. I know you're supposed to make cuts into the sausage before you put 'em in w/the peppers and water, because that way the peppers soak up the meaty flavor

All this on top of the fact that the soup already came with its own spices, in the form of the mysterious "flavor egg."
Anyway, we made some delicious soups. I think my parents declared them categorically inedible, though.
