I don't know dude. I'd suspect that alludes to a lack of risk-taking. Or even not enough.
Two things I've come to think are inherent in growing up - becoming disillusioned with all the wonderful things people told you as a kid, and amassing a small rock of regrets that you carry around as you trudge through life.
Here's a challenge - when someone tells you they don't regret anything they've done, ask if they regret anything they haven't done. One of those two has to hit.
