So, in canon, Emma is a pretty powerful telepath, obviously in Bete Noire her abilities are limited to the city any the farther away a character is from her, the weaker the connection is. Now, obviously, there are going to be some characters whose minds she won't be allowed to read and the excuse will probably be that some magic within the city

Can Emma use telepathy on your character(s)? Emma can use telepathy on Wyatt but not Angelus as in the Buffyverse, vampires are immune to telepathy. But, when he encountered Charles Xavier, the future professor saw fog. So, we can play around with that.
Can she read your character(s) surface thoughts, if they're apparent in bracket tags? Wyatt's without a doubt. Again, we can talk about Angelus.
Can she, if it comes up in game, read your character's deeper thoughts? Yep, for Wyatt. I don't think at all for Angelus.
If this is a yes, is there anything big and glaring it would be impossible for her not to notice when diving into your character's mind? (for example, any intense trauma) Wyatt is a witch/whitelighter. That'll be the most obvious. Also, the fact that he can and has been influenced by evil in the past.
Can she, if it has to happen for a plot, do any of the control/possession/memory shenanigans that she can do? If it works for the plot I don't see why not, but again, we'd work it out.

(for example, any intense trauma) I'd be okay with her knowing Tony has a huge amount of trauma that happened fairly recent, within the past year and a half, that has left him all twisted and broken inside -- his stay in the city has not been kind to him. Just what, though, I'd rather be more hazy for her for now.

(for example, any intense trauma) Cas' mind is pretty screwed up, to say the least. He's addicted to drugs, sex, and alcohol. And there's also those pesky memories of being an angel and losing his wings. He still has a few traces of grace though, tucked far away. So she may get a little feedback if he's wound up enough. The worst memory at the forefront of his mind is being torn apart by Croats (infected humans ( ... )

Can Emma use telepathy on your character(s)? Yes and OH GOD will it irritate her-she's had telepathy used against her before, and does not want. She has a little bit of defense, but not enough to stop, say, Emma or Charles.

(for example, any intense trauma) oh god all the trauma-a lot of teenage girls dying, often by each other's hands. There's also a lot of memories of a pink-haired girl with a kind face wearing a froofy dress and a ruined city over which a large, strange-looking doll-like figure floats upside-down. Basically, her memories are equal parts trippy and bleak.
