The Collar as Spiritual Tool and Method of Female Empowerment
~Before I begin to explain what I mean by the title of this little essay, first let me state that this about my approach to, and utilization of, the BDSM-Domination/submission paradigm. I can tell you right now with no doubt whatsoever that this approach is not the general rule in the so-called Scene, so whatever your preconceptions of, or actual experience with, said Scene should be put aside if you wish to truly understand what I shall now speak of.
For anyone who has done any type of sexual exploration, the reality that human sexuality is mostly a psychological construct will come as no surprise. Yes, there are important physical elements, but how we each respond to those elements is largely determined by our cultural and emotional conditioning. And such conditioning is almost always very deep seated and its details are quite often unknown to the individual.
If you wish to shift and transform that conditioning, you must undergo experiences that go deep into the places where those 'mind sets' are embedded. And this should done on a purely voluntary basis if the outcome is to be healing and the transformation positive.
So, what does this have to do with tying women up and sexually abusing them? Well, pretty much everything.
As has been stated elsewhere, “The world as it is presently constituted is almost wholly dominated by The Masculine Voice of Authority. That Voice permeates everything from The Womb to the End of Life. It is like the air; you breath it in, yet do not notice it. The minds of the female of [our] species, even the most Enlightened and Conscious, are steeped in this Voice.
It is the Voice of [your] Fathers, [your] God, [your] Teachers, [your] Employers, even when those last two are female themselves. ALL Authority is framed as Masculine and therefor not the province of the Feminine.”
That is the nature of Patriarchy and women spend essentially their entire lives fighting against it, becoming exhausted by that day by day struggle, and all too often being defeated by sheer attrition. It's still 'a man's world' in many, many ways.
So, what does this have to do with tying women up and sexually abusing them?
I believe that BDSM can be a Sacred Discipline and that inside The Sacred Circle of The Collar some women can find a safe place to stop fighting, to Submit to that message of enslavement, and enjoy the freedom of Surrender.
Of course, you must have the right Master for this Training or else you're just reproducing the same crap you're subjected to 'out in the world'. I believe myself to be that Master.
How do I get off saying such a thing?
Because I myself have been a slave to a similar type of Master, a man who gave me a safe place to Submit and to let go of Control, who's Training pushed me well beyond what I thought were my limits, and when the time came, released me to become a Master myself.
I use that experiential paradigm as a model for Female Empowerment.
The central issue here is that everything is about Sex: “Whomever controls - or can at least direct - human sexuality maintains control over everything else because our sexuality drives all our other behaviors, what we buy, who we vote for, how we live our lives, the nature of out deities or 'non-deities'.
Patriarchy controls through sexual repression more than in any other way. Fear and shame around sexual feelings, the promotion of hate and loathing of the body, especially of the female body, all are used to prevent organic behavior and to channel the flow of natural sexual impulses into rigidity and dogma which in turn lead to emotional and physical violence and abusive perversions.”
For many women, though certainly not all, that pattern of control can only be broken by surrendering to those 'abusive perversions' and then moving through that experience to achieve control over them. To put it quite simply, by undergoing the transformation from slave to Domme.
That is how I plan to transform those women who wish to obtain that type and level of Empowerment. They will be a small group I expect, these Switch Bitches. But in a new model of Female Empower- ment, they could be what is called the Cybernetic Element, the part that has the greatest effect upon all the other parts in a mechanism or system.
It is well known in certain quarters that many powerful men, judges, elected officials, high powered corporate executives, law enforcement and military personnel, are sexual submissives in their private lives. It's a natural impulse really. The constant requirement for Control is exhausting and there is relief in submission.
I have often wondered what an fully organized and well coordinated Army of Dommes could achieve. I suspect that in a very short time they could quietly gain near complete political and economic control over the entire country, possible even the entire world.
That is all speculation however.
