=)

would you believe that the apple store was sold out of green iPod mini's!?

clerk: hi
me: hi i was wondering if you had any iPod mini's available
clerk: yes we have PIIIINNNNK and blue and silver but those are refurbished (forgot the term he acutally used)
me: no green?
clerk: nope
me: *raspberry* OK bye *walks out*
clerk: *confused look*

yeah i SO want a pink one, dude. pfft - or how about paying full price for one of those previously opened packages. i read that they sell them at PC Richard's. i'll take a drive by there after work and see wtf is up.

is it too much to ask to have a green mini!? and it's not like they're so brand new and out of stock all over, ya know? i don't understand.

i'm used to a small mp3 player since i had that Samsung Yepp. the full iPod, while having a bigger capacity and longer battery life, is bigger and heavier than the mini. my friend here at work has an iPod. maybe i'll fondle it for a bit and see if i don't mind the extra weight and size. =P

oh and my effing cdR is still being stupid. it'll burn a full cd but with some of the files corrupted. i tried writing the CD at different speeds (8x, 16x, 40x) and it always starts to get corrupted at the end...

and since Tortoise is the last folder in my cd, of COUSE that would be the one to get corrupted... the one i wanted to still listen to the most. GDI.

*sadly rocks out to Journey instead*

you should try getting software that will have that buffer overrun shit. ever since that, i've never had a problem burning cd's at all.

but at the heart of it, who knows? besides, journey ain't that bad ;)
