dog are allergic to chocolate, if they eat a lot of it they die. Aspirin as well

ah yes. poison... i was thinking more along the lines of a blade or a blunt object. but your input is greatly appreciated. i knew about the chocolate but the aspirin is a nice idea. ;)

this dog attacked me and my dog once because the owners thought chicken wire would hold back a pit bull. not they thing a plastic pool will... the dog attacks our fence relentlessly to the point where it's bleeding from the nose.

their supposed to have the thing on a leash when it's in their back yard... apparently they can't read english because the mongrel still attacks the shit out of the fence.

Ahhh... nuthin like a good ol' fashioned battle to the death. My reccomendation would be to lure it under an anvil, and crush it Wiley E. Coyote style.
