First off, you must have a minimum of two, preferably three, absolutely trustworthy friends without back problems. The process of digging a grave (one that is recent to two decades old) should only take around three hours with a couple of breaks for a cigarrette. Certainly. Is this something you've done before? Any idea how much time one would do for grave robbing? I want to know what I'd be risking.

It all depends on the state. Some places have specific laws and other places you only get a fine for "vandalism". It wasn't until very recent that California even had a law against necrophilia. There simply had never been anyone who put in the effort to put it on the books so when morticians were getting caught they were walking away completely free. I believe it was only last year that that particular law finally passed. Check out local laws first.
