I think at this point, I would probably just tell her to find another place to do that stuff and if/when she didn't, I would then walk out and stand there and watch them until they got the message. :)

But I certainly wouldn't have been able to do that when I was 18-21, and would probably been more than a little disturbed by what I was watching. Although, if one has to listen to it anyhow, maybe it could be worth a try. :)

The older I get, the more assertive (aggresive?) I am. I can't decide if this is good or bad.

Since I teach at the Normal undergrad institution ;)... my students that live in the dorms have a contract in which they outline if sex if allowed in the room or not and under what circumstances, as in, can it happen if the non-sex-act roomie is trying to study? Apparently they can get pretty explicit, and the contract is binding, so if it's violated, the RA comes into play.

I can't believe it's come to this...
