m quite happy today cheCked my weight so ive lost 2 poundS... so im quite happy with that!
My biggeSt craving is criSps but ive been resisting soo realli happi!
StiCking to around 500 calorieS a day!

ya jumping jacks realy good
12 mins of jumps rope burn 100 calz
oh and jogging is the best
but you already know that
crunches are ggod too
oh look up tricep dips...they tone that flaby arm fat in about two week if you do enough
pluss you'll have to do push up with it.
so hope that helps
