Do you know what the name of the song is that plays at the very end of the Series (at the end of the very last episode when Spike has killed Viscious)? It's a very sad, mellow song with an uplifting tone to it, but I have no idea what it is called or who it's by.

the original ending theme is The Real Folk Blues... but you know this.

i'd say it's called Blue. it's either that or Rain but i'm pretty sure Rain plays when Spike is walking up to the cathedral (i have an icon of this).

so try Blue. if that's not it then let me know... actually let me know either way. :P
