Ok, so the past two days haven't been as good as they could have been. Monday i ate 774kcals, and yesterday 839kcals. Today i WILL NOT eat over 500. Good news though, I've lost 1lb! Now officially 8st (112lbs) :D
Im going to be 105 by the 30th June. I KNOW IT!
