I loved how everyone had a slightly different category, from Fin's not-an-adult-but-not-a-kid to Ice's almost-too-old one. At least for Ice's, you showed this perfectly throughout the piece. (Out of curiosity, how old would Ice's mentality be, you think?)
I think you did show how the three of their mentalities really well -- even Greenland, who really wasn't described all that much. (As a side note, I applaud you for not mentioning Greenland's features and leaving it up to the reader -- smart move. It lets people have their own headcanons, despite if they match up with yours or not. I personally support Inuit!Greenland, and you didn't contradict this; which I like. <3

Haha, I figure Iceland is like mentally 12, maybe a little bit older than that. It is hard to give an exact age since I think mentality and maturity are such individual things. Just as all the characters here at are different levels since they have all had different experiences so far.
Actually I also support Inuit!Greenland. In another drabble I described him as having darkish skin.
I actually had a lot of fun characterising Iceland as almost a kid: even when he's "grown up" he's not quite a grown-up, so I bet he has always on some level been somewhere where he isn't quite anything. Yeah.
Nah, no symbolism. I just needed something that was 1) valuable and realistically something Finland would have and 2) something kids would want to steal.
