Random ramblings
This is really just an attempt by me to get my thoughts in order about characters in an anime; do feel free to completely ignore (in fact, if you haven't seen the anime, I'm sure you'll be utterly lost). I just want to get my thinking straight about it.

Second in my little angel series is the cherub; this is the picture so far, still in need of fine tuning. For one thing, the sword needs to be more than a bunch of squiggly lines; for another, I'm going to make the wings bigger. They're a bit too teensy right now.

So I discovered that there are drawing programs for iPods (iPads too, but I don't have one of those, I just have my good ol' iPod Touch), some of which are gloriously free. Sure, there are no layers, but I thought it might be fun to try ( Read more... ) -

Might as well use my journal for that, right? This picture came from my wanting to try and draw angels somewhat more like they're described in the various Abrahamic texts rather than the pop-culture depiction. It's still not entirely correct, but I like it anyway. Plan on doing both a cherub and a throne as well ( Read more... )
