Thus inwardly armed with confidence in God and the unshakable stupidity of the voting citizenry, the politicians can begin the fight for the 'remaking' of the Reich as they call it. [Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf Vol. 2 Chapter 1]

Like my Mark Twain quote:

"Hain't we got all the fools in town on our side? And ain't that a big enough majority in any town?"

Apparently so. :)

I've been looking through alot of quotes and I had bush and hitlers together without names on one page. I had to go back and re-do both lists because I honestly couldn't tell alot of them apart!

I mean you tell me who said what...

”Catholic schools carry out a great mission, to serve God by building knowledge and character.... By teaching the word of God, you prepare your students to follow a path of virtue. ”

“The Government, being resolved to undertake the political and moral purification of our public life, are creating and securing the conditions necessary for a really profound revival of religious life”

”And this is my solemn pledge: I will work to build a single nation of justice and opportunity. I know this is in our reach because we are guided by a power larger than ourselves who creates us equal in His image.”

“Today Christians ... stand at the head of [this country]... I pledge that I never will tie myself to parties who want to destroy Christianity .. We want to fill our culture again with the Christian spirit ... ( ... )

if its that big of a deal, then take me off your frineds list.
Don't tell me I can't write somthing in MY journal that I feel strongly about.

If you write somthing in your journal that I don't agree with, do I tell you to censor your journal so that I'm not offended? No, because thats absolutely ridiculous.

I'm sorry, but I won't change what I put in my journal for anyone.

Dude. You as a livejournal user have the right to say whatever you want on your page. If someone doesn't like it, they can delete you, or not look at it. It is not your responsibility to censor your entries. Isn't this YOUR forum?? Damn.

I really admire you for your political convictions and the fact that you actually give a damn. Reading your insights is much more interesting than the boring bullshit that most people post.

Keep on raging. I'm with you.
