Not much of anything different going on. Sore as hell from Judo. Been trying to get into shape, running, stairs, sprints, swimming, push-ups, sit-ups, stretching, ect. But Judo practice still kicks my ass. I have heard that I am making alot of improvement, but I don't believe a word of it. I may be able to go to the last hour of practice on
