I'm graduated.

Also, my family was there (my Tampa family- not actually related to me, but my aunt's husband's family). They came down, and saw me graduate. I was both extremely surprised and tickled.

But I must say it felt nice to have family there, esp. when I wasn't expecting it.

I've never liked Glenn Beck- he's such a giant asshole that I can't imagine anyone actively liking him. But now, I have my own reason not to like him.

Ted Kennedy died this evening.

All of my hopes of eventual healthcare reform and a United States where everyone, no matter their income, can get free basic healthcare, has died with him.

Perhaps it was only an idealist dream.

But that's it- the last great Kennedy has gone.
