<3 Could be better, but it could be worse
I fasted this thurs-sunday but broke it early sunday afternoon, by binge. Luckily it was apple, banana, granola and toast w/pb. And I weighed in today- I lost 5 lbs in about 2 weeks! Probably thanks to my 2 mile walk on saturday and my 20 minutes of biking. Yay! Going on an other fast later this week.

A gorgeous day, I have a good feeling
Binged last night on animal crackers and peanut butter. I know that sounds silly but I really ate too much, and I feel terrible. But it's a gorgeous morning, even if I couldn't sleep. The sky was on fire, I swear! I had soy yogurt with french vanilla almond granola and banana slices and toast w/some PB. Have a craving for orange juice right now.
