I completely forgot how much going into shock takes out of a person. I took a pretty nasty fall on the way to work this morning. I had TheKid with me, as she has no school and as we were about to cross a street when I slipped and landed fully on my already busted up knee. So now my knee is less "knee shaped" than it was before >_<. I'm swollen
