Bonjour! Thats the only god damn French i can be bothered to know today and after the week I've just had in France to be honest with you, I really don't wanna go back.....EVER!!

So I left England probably about 11am and lost Orange UK about an hour after that - damn the 40p per text message that cost me.So its 1pm Frog time, and i'm really wanting

VIVE SWINDON then ey? The places you went to do seem quite crappy, there's loads of other great stuff in France to visit, like the museums in Paris, the house of Monet in Giverny, Avignon,Montmartre,...all amazing places with friendly people and good food! But at least you had lots of booze :D

welcome back. sorry to hear this trip wasn't to enjoy, yeah and famous french cuisine - there a worse things than a "garden in a bowl"( i love this expression), a friend ruined his whole stomach.

so in short a week of getting drunk, parties and of course fish. as for the disapering ice cream shop, you sure you hadnt been at the absinthe? lol

That 'large church' wouldn't have been Sacre Coeur by any chance? Gorgeous place! But those steps are a killer! I have very fond memories of Paris! I would almost be afraid to go back there, in case it wasn't as wonderful again! We went for our 4th wedding anniversary (I was pregnant with Tom at the time) and the abiding memory I have is wandering round Montmartre at 10pm, still in broad daylight, and being serenaded by a street musician who played a tango for us on his violin! So romantic! We built some good memories back then! Glad you had a good time!

paris was lovely, i mean the river seine cruise was amazing, and thanks for the name of the church, got some lovely pics. shame about the rest of the trip and being suck with leicesters most boring bitch
