Having spent the last few weeks with a seized neck and shoulders, you have ALL the the sympathy I can offer! Get to the doc's and get anti-inflamatories and relaxants as soon as you can! Don't sit and suffer! Sometimes the drugs DO work! Hope you feel better soon, dear!

yeah got to the doctors got anit inflamatories and relaxants - on the joy of dizapam, knocked me out for 12 hours last night and i've spent the last day in a complete daze!! Dazed and confused that really is nothing new!!
