I really liked this. I love stories where not everything is written out. I like it when they're "simple", because then so much more is said. Argh, I really don't know how to express myself... But, I loved it. :D I'll go read the rest of the stories now. :)

Another excellent story! I'm agog with awe. This is so IC that it could be canon. Harry is depleted and weary, as one would expect, after defeating Voldemort. Snape is irritable but determined, probably trying to repay Harry for getting rid of the Dark Lord.

Others have termed this "gritty" - I prefer to see it as true-to-life: Each day's efforts bringing them closer to the realization of their own private truth - the "Why?" for which they stay together, sex notwithstanding.
