The first thing I wanted to say was about your weight. I've obviously noticed you have gained weight in the past couple of months. I know how frustrating it can be for weight to fluctuate. I have struggled with it my entire life and is has never been easy. If you recognize the only thing you have really changed is having more stuff from Starbucks, that is a really easy change to make if you'd like to lose some of the weight you put on. When we gain weight, it's fairly impossible to NOT feel bad about yourselves...but we love you and Nate loves you and we always find you beautiful. When it gets to points like you experienced - realizing I feel uncomfortable being naked or something like that - that is usually when I've found the motivation to change ( ... )

Weight fluctutions are pretty normal anytime you make a big change in your life...and jobs have a lot to do with it. I lost 30 lbs from working at make meaning, like wth! But also a lot of people who worked there ended up gaining weight because of all the free cake LOL. Being around yummy starbucks stuff thats free is naturally super tempting so who can blame you. You are very beautiful my sistie! Exercising is always a good thing whether you are trying to lose weight or maintain, so you should def keep up with taking walks or whatever you like to do. As long as you are enjoying life and feel good that is the important thing. LOVING ON HER!!!!
