Anywho, I know what you mean about parents. I rarely ever go out to movie theatres to see something, and although we have tons of movie channels, I rarely watch anything. That goes for television too. I only watch Desperate Housewives xD

My parents and siblings watch, like..everything. Not just in movies..tv too. They watch anything from soap operas to reality tv, regardless of how stupid and corny it is...yet they still manage to have the time to make fun of me and criticize me for watching "cartoons" when I watch my anime and AC. Now I can understand being teased over AC since I'm obsessed and watch it a little too much...but it's like, besides the point with anime. That's what I enjoy watching. I don't make fun of what they enjoy watching, so why the hell do they have to poke fun at me? T_T Especially my brother. He claims I hold myself "on a different standard" than everyone else. I mean..wtf? x_x It's so stupid.

I think that's the main reason I like watching things alone, rather than with other people.
