Hoping for More Weather...
Hi folks.. just popping in to say hi. Today was Monday-- ALL FREAKIN' DAY!! But hopefully this week will be exciting with the promise of more wintery weather. Snow and snow days are the only thing that get us through the winter. Especially if you hate winter. Anyway, maybe we'll see each other soon. -
Braving the Ice Storm
I'm back from braving the Ice Storm of 2010. Its been a cold icy day here locked up with the husband. Not that I mind, I like his company-- but I get cabin fever easily. Went over to play games and have dinner with my sisters, niece and bro-in-law. It was pretty fun, but now I'm back to avoid writing. I'm really excited about this angel story ( Read more... ) -

Crummy Mood
The world is an ashtray filled with the burned out butts of the universe. Today has been Monday all day. My day at work wasn't particularly bad, just a little annoying with some friends and the stupid powers that be. Good Day!!
Well to my surprise-- today was a great day!! My mom finally got to come home from the hospital. I spoke to her this afternoon and aside from a lot of hacking and coughing, she sounds great. Mondays Suck All the Time Apparently
Just when I was excited because two presidents died and had birthdays so that I could be here today, I had to answer the phone. Apparently, mine and jayelw's mom is STILL in the hospital with NO hope of getting out anytime in the next 24 hours. Which means that I have to weigh the option of going to see her today.
