So I was gonna do it for 7 days but I ended a day early. I had minestrone soup this morning. But the krishna lunch killed me. It almost felt worse than the latter part of the cleanse. i won't bother with the details. Today was AWESOME. I woke up at 8 30 and was full of energy. I laid in bed and red the magazine that annie gave me for valentines day. when i got up I realized how much energy I had. Master cleanse sucked today. It was so hard. I am obsessed with food. can't wait till it gets better.

Last night I had the tea and this morning I did the saline wash. I messed up on the lemonade so it tastes awful but I can't waste it cos the maple syrup is pricey.
