Something's not right here. For once, I was tired at a decent hour (1 am) so I went to bed and fell asleep with out any problem. Until I woke up two hours later, wide awake.
How much of an answer do you really want? I know of a really good book on the subject- had to learn how to sleep really well on a constantly shifting schedule because of work.
