Actually, it's a scene from the movie I'm Not There.

It's a pretty darned awesome flick, but only if you're a Bob Dylan fan. Otherwise, it doesn't make a whole lotta sense.

I guess the background band is Calexico....I've seen them live in Chapel Hill.

Yeah. I'm obsessed with the song. I had it stuck in my head for a while, not remembering who it was by or where I'd heard it. Then I went to Calexico's Myspace for another reason and they had it on there. Then I found the clip on Youtube.
