I have had a headache for almost 3 days. Day 1 was the worst migraine headache I had since September of 2006. Yesterday was a bad sinus headache. Today....I don't know what today is, but it is arguably the WORST HEADACHE I have had, at least with the migraine, I knew it was a migraine. Even my freaking teeth hurt!! I have a sneaking suspicion

I'm feeling better now. I have to take a handful of horse pills 2x a day for 10 days. Turns out to be nasty sinus infection.
