I should be happy...but

I don't feel all that good just for now. I'm really bummed about my not being able to drive. My mother won't let me drive because she says it's not the right time. My permit expires in a month and I have virtually no experience. Sure, I coudl get another, but it's just a bother. And a waste if she says that I'm still not ready

But then I start to think about what I would need to live--essentials and whatever, which I need a job to pay for. I really don't want to quit and if I go to college, i have no way of going back and forth unless I took alternative ways...

But I really don't want to resort doing that because of the hassle.

I know, it sounds really petty to me, but it just means something to me.
