It's 5:27 am and I love it..
I just ate four pieces of raisin and honey toast with butter, one glass of milk and a banana.
I'm going to try a new eating habit:
NO red meat (beef)
ONLY white meat (of chicken)
MORE fish
LESS sugar
NO carbonated beverages
MORE fruits and vegatables
NO fast food (especially poutine from New York fries)
