Yeah, I always took my letter in to the drop box personally and made sure someone saw me do it. And then that last month they totally marked my check wrong even thought i had the returned check. You should totally write that letter. They hold WAAAYYY to much sway over the students and living. Heck they even have a building out here on Sheboygan. GAH!

I think the letter might be a good idea, but you have to be careful about what you say, since you don't want them finding out it was you, or possibly doing something about it :(
