My girlfriend dumped me and it sucks

 I have been with my girlfriend for few years. We got together after a show and it was great!
We had a great relationship and were very much in love. She is awesome and very much crazy so she had really been with many men before me. Just 1 month ago she called it off.

We had our arguments just like any other couple but the fact of the matter was that

I was thinking about being cynical too. But, well, I've been there.

Yeah, I think stable footing is foremost for your own benefit, as well as your potential future with her. I never got anywhere with girls who saw me as a frivolous romantic who couldn't live without them by my side. So I took up drinking beer and living like a rockstar, BUT also had goals and showed interest in her family (obviously more interested in the girl than her family but it's a strong sign that you're serious about her. I had a girlfriend whose mother I got along with so well, that the mother kept asking her where I had been and why we broke up, after we broke up).

But yeah, take it in stride. Hey, maybe I can sleep on your couch this time!
