Augmentin can be hell on stomachs. I'm surprised they didn't give you Cefalor or Ceclor for him as it does better with cellulitis (though Augmentin is still a good choice, Cefalor is tamer on the rest of your body). We just went through some bad cellulitis with Ella and we all had staph. I hope he feels better soon.

B"H he seems much better today (and is actually nursing!). I don't think he's back to 100% but at least he is smiling and playing when he's awake instead of crying, clinging and being generally miserable.

I've had my own troubles with Augmentin -- not tummy-wise, but when I took it to shake a persistent respiratory infection, it triggered a really nasty yeast overgrowth on my chest. It took weeks to shake that off.
