Book #5 and the weekend

Just finished A Testament of Devotion by Thomas Kelly, who was a Quaker scholar and educator. It was a gift from my brother-in-law for Christmas. I was struck by the similarities between Quaker beliefs and those of the Baha'i faith, not for the first time.

I didn't realize till this post that you were in/near Indianapolis...that's where my dad is from and where most of his family still lives. None of the Baha'i parts of the family, though. :) I lived there when I was very young (like 2-4yo) and remember very small bits and pieces of Baha'i life in Indianapolis. Very cool. :)

Hey, guilt does no good for anyone. You have to do what you're good at and serve in whatever ways you're comfortable. It seems like yet another way that diversity is a strength in a population. :) And you can look at your non-involvment as a gift to the people who do love to do that stuff.
