practice was A BLAST today. and i say that with incredible sarcasm. we had to run like 50 hills at the end. it wasn't as bad as a wrestling practice, but it still sucked. the end.

the aches and pains associated with the football season have been slowly building up. i've got cuts and bruises all over my upper arms and my neck is pretty sore too. for some reason my upper back (left lat) is sore too right along the shoulderblade, but i don't know why. oh well ( Read more... )
