For some time now I've wanted to make myself a hematite pendant, and tonight I finished. This is super long compared to what I usually make, aprox 28 inches long, but I wanted something I could wear with either high or low necks. To make up for how huge that one is, I made myself also a tiny amethyst choker.

Those are absolutely beautiful--you photographed them well, too. How did you eventually take a pic of the first one? I can't figure out how to get a decent pic of my engagement ring:(

Thanks. I didn't photograph them, I put them on my flat bed scanner. I'm not sure it would work for a ring unless you put your whole hand on the scanner and held it really still.

Oh, I totally thought you were being serious, like you'd looked at past beading efforts and saw clear improvement here.
