My shoulders are sore from working out at 24 last night. That place is actually smaller than I imagined. Luckily we went at like 9 PM when no one was around. I used the Stairmaster, stride machine (?), leg weights, and the calf weight machine. The ab machine was too confusing so I didn't use that :(
